Nah I'm a moron. I got them in tonight.

The key is the order which you bolt the lights in... Their instructions, although, nicely photographed and illustrated, leave out a ton of actual information & lack the proper order of certain components.

I am very happy with the bumper and it is a very high quality product. They just have a few glitches in their install guide.
