Default Wow!

Wow I love it! Looks good! It's on the top of my wish list of things to do with mine! Did you Mopar it or aftermarket? And did you ask if it voids your powertrain warranty (read that on a sticky)?

Again thanks guys for the kind words. I have more pics and build specs in profile. The lift is a RockKrawler 2.5 max travel. My dealer and I have a good relationship and even though I do my own work they are good with knowing what I would expect them to warrantee. Meaning my lift wont affect my engine directly.

Now lift causing ball joint failure .... sure on my dime and me not expecting them to be on the hook for that. They did my 5:13 gears. With that done stress on my trans has been reduced so they are understanding of that.

Update:

Did some test flexin today! Figured it to be best to test close by then out on the trail. ZERO rubbing anywhere Altho I need to get myself a set of rear brake lines as they get a wee bit "Taught" shall we say. Went home and retourqued the entire Jeep. Not one issue.

God that looks good , so well rounded . I aspire to have my jeep that way someday !!

No oh no no. What I was sayin' is that IF the Ball Joints were to go bad I wouldn't expect the dealer to have to warrantee them as the lift altered the geometry of the front end (Additional loading from the offset of the rims). I did the lift ... therefore I am responsible for that.

But if they blame the lift for say my Radio takin' a powder ... that doesn't relate.

Just like the Gearsets relieving the additional stress of the 35" tires on the Drive train. The 35" tires without any mods to the gearsets may entice a dealer into blaming the cause on the 35" tires for a forward clutch burning up. (35" up from OEM 32" is under the 10% bigger rule of thumb) And the Gearsets compensate for way more than a 10% additional stress load.
