There was someone on here who did this too. Took rear half doors, shaved the handles off, put em back in, I can't remember if they welded them in solid to the body or not, but it looked sick. Remind me of... oh, i dunno, a SCRAMBLER! It was awesome. There were pics with the front doors on too, they were the full doors. Looked sick. If only I had a four door and tons of money to spend... 
BTW - you're jeep is looking great. Been following the build on the other thread, love the drab paint, the beadlocks looks great. The bedlining on the bottom...at first i was like eh, not sure if i like it, the more I look at it, the more I want to do it to mine.
