We just had a thread on this earlier this week.
It's just a kit that includes everything except the engine and tranny. Those are left up to you to decide (between 5.7 and 6.1L HEMIs). As far as the tranny, I think it's designed to work with the 545RFE, but there might be a 6spd that'd work, too, I forget what the concensus was on that.

According to the link, post number 7 says Auto only for now....
4wheelersupply.com has a kit for the manual tranny I believe. Just for the 5.7 though, is what it looks like..

I don't think the stock 6 speed is up to the task, off the top of my head I don't know what other manual tranny would be a possibility from the Mopar parts bin. I know the Euro diesel Jeeps limit the torque output for the 6 speed to 303 lb-ft, where as the autos get the full 340 lb-ft.

I got the opportunity to drive one of their 5.7l converted JK's on 37's with 410 gears and auto while I was up Montana a few weeks ago. It smoked the 37's on the pavement from a dead stop. The power was awesome and the conversion looked like it came from the factory that way. The JK should have come with a V8 option. In the unlimited, the power of a 4.7l v8 would be perfect.

AWESOME !!
And the price point is not TOO bad !!!!!
If you are mechanically inclined it is a steal to do it yourself and it comes with the Power train Control Module ( ie .... the computer to make it all work !!)
