my rock rails: added on the the rubi rails with 1 1/2" tubing and some thin plate for a step. I have dropped almost the full weight of the jeep on them and they have held up just fine

That is very nice! If my idea of using a 2.5" piece of tubing I already have doesn't work out, I might add some steel plate like you have there.

I used rubi rails and 12 gauge tubing, then attach to frame...

I can see a mig welder in my future after I learn how to use one. The parts I can make and strengthen MYSELF

Love your tire carrier btw... did you make it 100% yourself or did you just add the carrier to a mass produced bumper?

I have made the tire carrier, rails, and stinger (with help...) But yeah, all custom!
