Default Added grip tape to Ace Sliders

I nearly slipped off my rock rails earlier this week - dress shoes and frost don't mix on the Ace Rock Rails. So I went to the hardware store and got some grip tape. Found some that was a good width and was pre-cut into 4 pieces, so I did one per door. Works great!

Nice fix. I line-Xed mine. No slipping issue here.

I think grip tape looks good on the tubes. I had a big flat surface, so I used Wing Walk compound. Painted on and is nice a rough.

Looks like nonskid for boat decks. Maybe west marine has this stuff too.

I am liking it more and more. Give it a Google - you can find it at aircraft distributors like PresentsForPilots.com.
