No problem at all. I just clamped each washer into my vice and used a hand grinder to shave them down about 1/16 of inch on both sides. Total install was less than an hour.

Cool thanks can hardly wait to get mine!!
I'm no handy-man so when you say hand grinder what tool or brand of grinder? so I can go out and buy one.
Also do you have to torque the bolts on or hand tighten really good? Thx again

When mine came, I just used a belt sander with a medium belt to grind down my washers as that is what I had available, it worked great and took no time at all.

Also, I had the first opportunity to really beat the crap out of mine on the trails last Saturday. They took a few hard hits from below, and did everything I needed them to do.

I used a skill hand grinder. Wal-Mart has em for about $29.00. I just hand tightened them. I'll check them again in a couple of miles to see if they loosen up.

The recommendation is 80lbs of torque.

Dude throw them in a vice and use a hacksaw with a little elbow grease. Takes a couple minutes and you don't had to send sparks and shit flying everywhere with a grinder.
