6inch+ lift
I know alot of people are running 6+ of just suspension lift but every shop I go to wants nothing to do with putting time into a lift like that, i feel Like all it needs is custom control arms but I am probably under estimating alot as I have no experience with lifts and this is my first jeep. So I was just wondering, When you run 6 or more inches of lift what is necessary to still really be safe on the road, as far as 70 mph and under goes.
Right now I am 4 up on 325/80s and I really want to run 42s no problem.

Youre going to want to upgrade to a long arm system and you will need driveshafts, if you havent already gotten new ones. I can see from your pic that you dont run with any fenders. With 6 inches of lift and no fenders you should be able to run 42's no problems. You may want to look into beefing up your axles too with tires that big.

a lot of it has to do with your bumpstops, axel width and/or backspacing on your wheels. There are people who run 40's and 42's on 4" lifts with no rub which would definitely be doable with no fenders. Look into this thread by Planman, he is the king of low center of gravity builds in my eyes
Planman's 40s on a 3" OME LT lift, 1" BL, & flat flares
There is every question asked and answered in there on his build, Im sure he wont mind me referencing him

haha I never expected it to be, but its not really that I want to clear the tire I really just want to clear the ground more, you see here in Florida its about the mud not the rocks, and the higher you are the more mud you can go through, I was just wondering what was involved suspension wise to get up that high, thanks for the input so far though !

Mud also = power and the sorry ass 3.8 and (*Snicker) 42" rubber sure ain't gonna get er done even with the max 5.36 gears you can suff in a 44 (That won't last anyhow beefed or not with 42" tires)
