6.1l SRT8 Hemi JK in a Red Rock Crystal Sahara from SLC
#55
nice
Congratulations redrock, it looks great. Make sure you let us know the first time you blow away some Mustang tool at a stop light!
I've always wondered on some of these big builds I see on here with lots of new stock parts coming off - what do you do with them? They're all basically brand new. Sounds like you went straight from the dealer's lot to get it worked on.
Anyway, congrats.

It did go from the dealers straight to SLC. I have offered to sell/donate parts to a few forum members including this awesome re-build https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/jk-show-tell-33/project-jk-re-build-final-touches-90378/ ( hijacking the thread on my own rig but you need to check this out if you have not yet)

[QUOTE=tkob1060;1191922]looks great congrats
what made you decide to paint the hardtop shiny black?[/QUOTE
Like the black look better than the tan and SLC smoothed it down as well. We discussed it a bit and thought it would go better with the hood. Want to look good but not too much flash. Also getting some door handles from Camp so the shiny goes with that too.
