One more question. Can you access the diff drain in the stock cover with the CRC system? The way it mounts it looks like it would act as a good diff guard, but I haven't seen any pics of the drain access.

Yes, you can access the drain on the backside of the diff and fill it fine.

what if you wanna add a locker, change gears ratio, etc etc..... do you have to take the entire CRC link off??? seems like that would be a total PITA

Since it use the diff bolts you should not need to remove much more than normal. Just disconnect from the arms and move on.
