[QUOTE=quadratec;50924]I love the look of half doors too. Fortunately Bestop is coming out with some killer half doors for the JK. The Bestop Element Doors allow you to use them as safari doors or attach an optional metal skin to the bottom half and frame and soft skin to the upper half to make them weather proof doors. What I'd suggest is getting a rattle can of color matched paint and spray the metal bottom skin to match your vehicle color. Check them out...

Most of us are well aware of the Element Doors. But
Bestop has stated that don't intend to make rear doors.

Do you have any information on this? Otherwise your
post is worthless for the majority of us.

Those doors look really nice but the folks at Mopar want a lot for them unpainted and unassembled. I think I'll buy a set of tubular frame doors instead.

Yeah after messing with mine this afternoon I think I am looking at half doors as an option. I love running doors off, but with a 2 year old......not sure I like the idea of him throwing his shoes out the door from his carseat!!

Not sure if I will paint match or not, the tool on the Qtech webpage is pretty nice and the black doors on the rescue green paint looks good I think!
