Hey guys I am really new to this I just got
My new jeep jk unlimited arctic edition and I want to put some mean tires and a 2.5 lift but love stock rims. I went to fortect4x4 a shop down in pompano beach,fl and they said that I should buy new rims for the new tires. What are some of the problems I will have if I put 35 Mickey Thompson tires on my stock rims. I also use my jeep as a every day drive
Please help thank you

Of course! To spend more money. No problems that spacers won't handle.

Have any of guys had trouble with rock rash on stock wheels? I just a 2007 Unlimited Rubicon, and my 3 year old son was ready to start working on it, and took some pliers to the lug nuts, and I ended up with a 1/4" scratch on the wheel. Seemed like it scratched pretty easy. Any one with experience on this?

Will 35s fit on stock wheels with the TF 1.25" spacers and 3-4 lift?

Yes. I'm running 1.5 spacers, though. And 4" tf lift.

There is a thin clear coat on top, that's what, scratched. Likely would be cheaper to replace than repair. Just paint them black with duplicolor, bed liner, or easiest of all, plastidip.
