That is Stampede Reservoir... about 10 miles west of the Nevada/California border on I-80 then 7 miles north on Hirschdale Road. Boca and Stampede are both amazing places to do some light wheeling.

Hachuky, unless you're intentionally after the aesthetic of height, your optimal lift is only as much as you need to clear the tires during axle articulation. This keeps your center of gravity lower. Safer both on and off road.
