I got mine on the spare tire carrier Saturday but had to trim the bumper and remove the third brake light from the housing to get clearance. I will have to upgrade to a new bumper soon. In the mean time I now have a handy storage bin in my rear bumper for muddy trail gear.

I also noticed at full flex my front tires hit the flares if you turn the wheel at all. I was also getting coil bind in the fronts before I hit the bump stops. I have a 2.5" BB like you used to but mine is the rough country one. I will have to trim the fenders or else try the ¾” spacer up front like you had mentioned in your older post.
does that rough country kit come with extended bumpstops? the 3/4 spacer may fix your problem also

I don't think it did. I will have to look into the 3/4" spacer.

I did a lot of research before I bought my soft 8, in the 15x8", 4" BS flavor, and the guy at Discount tire had to gring about 1/16" off the caliper carriers on both sides in the front. No big deal, just an extra 1/2 hour of wait time, didn't cost me a penny. Oh, and I run the 35x12.50-15" KM2's as well, they look great!
