2.5 lift with 35's no problem here.

What about on the Sahara 18" wheels? The stocks are already 32". No sense going to 33's. Would 35's with a 2" BB work out fine?

I have a rubbing issue only when reversing and turning. It rubs slightly on my stupid euro bumper, but don't think you would have a problem with your bumper. So needless to say I'll be upgrading to a 3" lift

To run 35s would I have to re gear an auto with 3.73?

Just remember 35's aren't really 35's mounted and installed on a Jeep Lucky if they are 34's so might as well go 35's. Now after you install them you'll realize 37's are much more so the question is hold to the 33 idea or go big.
