Price Details
Hey i have a 2wd 4 door automatic JK and have 2k to spend on converting it into a 4wd. Is this enough to complete this task or would it be a little more pricy?

Really depends on what your goals are. Yes it can be done for around that dollar amount but it will take some time to acquire parts at the right prices.

Very doable, just takes patience finding parts, look on ebay and also remember Chrysler used a lot of parts across their line of vehicles. Look for alternate part numbers and you can find the same parts cheaper. Craigslist and Ebay were where I found all my parts, I just need to install them now

For some reason the US specs don't show it any more. I have an exploded view that I can send you with every thing you will need and more. They might not be the correct part numbers but it will point you in the right direction. My dealership helped me a lot with these parts. We had to look up the shaft in the European exploded view. Thank god the dealership had access to it. Pm me with your email address if you want the ex/view.
if you still have that list, I love to receive that information

A few things that come to mind for the difference in the ECU are:
1. The ECU needs to know the mode of drive it is in which is sensed off the TC switch
2. ECU will disable ESC in low range
3. Needs to know the gear ratio of the T Case
