2wd - 4wd Conversion Sanford FL
#31
I can 2nd this. I was less than $2,000.00 JakerT5 has the best list of parts on his conversion thread. He took more time in that area than I did. Yeti has converted his as well and has a copy of Jaker's list on his thread. Do a little home work and get the axle, gears, and T-case you want for the price you want. They are out there

Honestly wouldn't be worth it. If you are thinking of taking it to a shop I'd sell and buy a 4x4. If you are mechanically inclined at all it really isn't a big job. Everything bolts into place since Jeep was nice enough to build the 2wd on the 4wd platform.

It really isn't a hard conversion but I would guess that you will be $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 out of pocket if you pay a shop. At that point you might as well go crazy and drop an Atlas T case and Dana 60's. I'd help but Tn is along say from Sanford FL

One of the 4wd magazines had one when I was doing mine. It wasn't great but better than nothing. I'll look tonight and see if I can't find it again.
