Didn't see anything about sleeves or truss. You'll definitely want that with those tires. Those tires are going to be hungry for ball joints and wheel bearings! Nom nom nom.

The pinch seem needs to be trimmed. I am waiting to order the P.S. flat fenders and will do it at the same time. It would definitely rub if flexed it out right now.

I've done the C gussets so far, but have sleeves coming as well. My last rig with 20x12's and 38x15.5 MTZ lasted about 5k on the stock ball joints, that and the Howe ram assist are definitely on my short list. Even if you never planned to take it off road, the stock steering is so overwhelmed on the streets with the weight, ram assist is a must!
