2014 Rubicon on 38's...
So I finally am back in a Jeep. I deeply regretted selling my black 13, but it did go to a great home and forum member. I tried and tried to get in a 2015 Hardrock and everytime one showed up, it was sold. I wanted black again but got a great deal on a 14 Billet Silver, so figured I would try a new color.
I had the Dealer do the install, which I would never think of doing, but they gave me a sick deal on Parts. I wanted another Rock Krawler suspension, but I came to the realization that I do mild trails like Cleghorn, last chance canyon etc, and it was probably overkill (IE Save some money). Plus the dealer screwed up my original order so they ended up installing the AEV 4.5 for $1650. I figure I can always upgrade the suspension later. Overall I am happy with it, but do need to change out the shocks, AEVs are way to stiff. Before I can axctually take this offroad, I need some more items (How ram assist, P.S. Fender flares, 1350 Drive line) About June I will be ordering the front stinger, LED's, P.S. fender flares and Howe Ram assist (Even on the street with these HEAVY ass tires I need it badly). SO HAPPY to be back in a Jeep!
The build-
AEV 4.5
20X12 Moto Metal 962
Nitto 38x15.5x20 Mud Grapplers
L.O.D. Sliders
Gussets
Truck light headlights
JW speaker Fogs
AEV tire carrier
Dyno Max comp exhaust
Bunch of little stuff

Man, I have the AEV 3.5" and 37's, but your tires still look enormous in comparison- probably due to the width. Your JK will definitely get looks. Was any trimming needed in the front of the rear fenderwell?

Looks great!! I am partial to Billet Silver as I have one. The metallic paint is gorgeous, if you are into keeping it clean and detailing look into a sealant instead of a carnauba wax for protection, the carnauba mutes the fleck while the sealant make it pop.
