Really nice set up so far. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Jeep looks awesome! Nice work.
Thanks for the compliment. In regards to the exhaust, I had a local shop build it for me. Yes, they used the stock hanger locations. In stock form, it had an oval resonator that measured something like 5"x7"11" that resided next to the evaporative canister, then had a very large muffler that sits transverely in the back. I didn't measure it, but I would estimate that it was something like 6"x12"x36". In my exhaust they used a 7"x10"x12" oval Magnaflow muffler where the resonator sat. They had to rotate it a little to get it to fit next to the evap canister, so I lose about 1" ground clearance at that spot, but it's still no lower than the evap canister is. Then it's just 2.5" mandrel bent pipe to the rear hanger by the axle and it turns down, then ends. Sound wise, you can hear it pretty well in the video above. On the throttle and above 3,500 rpm, it gets kind of raspy. Cruising on the freeway, you can barely hear it, and I never hear any drone. It also gets extra raspy when it retards the timing for shifts.

The worst sticking point is the stock front bumper. You can't turn very far before the front tire starts rubbing on it. The second sticking point is the fenders. With the stock fenders, you only have about 2" of up-travel because the tires stick out too far and hit the outside lip. If you cut the fender flares, you get about 6" of up travel. The wheels have 4.5” of backspacing and even with the 14.5” wide tire, there is no scraping, even at full steering lock. The third sticking point is the rock rails and pinch seams in front of the rear tires. 35's will scrape on them just by hitting bumps on the freeways. If you trim them back by about 1", then you can run 35's with no lift. Now that I have the leveling kit and body lift, I have almost 8" of up travel in the front and a little over 7" in the back.

Even more bada$$ than it does on the 2 door. You just need some lift and 37's to maintain your breakover angle!
