this has been discussed at length here on the forum. yes, the new pentastar has higher numbers, but both peak hp and peak are higher in the rpm range. not really a better engine for a Jeep.

WHy wont they bring the diesel? That sucks... if these auto makers would listen to the people who buy their products maybe they wouldnt be hurting as bad as they are. Just mho.
