Default 2011 JKU Rubi is done! ...for now...

Loving my 4 month old Rubicon! It goes anywhere I want to go and I have put many hours into installing hardware, all myself. I have never been so hands on with modding a vehicle. Probably too many hours spent though, not too long ago my wife told me she wants to lock me in the Jeep and drive it into the lake, lol!

So need to give it a rest for now, but will probably add some bushwhacker flat fenders and maybe an Or Fab carrier before the end of the year, but I think she is done for now...

You have made me want to paint my white grill black now. Great Job. What wheel/tire combo is that?

Thanks! They are procomp steelies in flat black, 16 x 9 with 4.25" bs and 35" Wrangler MTR-K tires.

Painting the grill is very easy by the way, it comes off for painting in like 3 minutes!

Looks good! What windshield light mounts did you go with and are those the 6" KCs? Long range or Fog?

Thanks everyone!

I am running 6" driving lights on the bumper and 8" spot lights on the mopar windshield mount. I spent the extra for the mopar mounts because I wanted something far out of the way with the big lights and also I figured they would be more corrosion resistant.

The lift is the teraflex 2.5" coil with their 1/2" spacers added all around.

Here is one more pic I wanted to share. I painted the hinge covers on the tailgate. It bugged me that all the hinges were white except the tailgate!
