Don't think they'll need gussets or sleeves... those suckers are massive.
Any thoughts on the brakes working with your existing brake booster and ABS system or are you removing all that and replacing it too?

Got the rear axle ready for truss and 4 link tabs. Also pulled off the parking brake components.
Started cutting the huge ford brackets off the Dana 60 front.

Finally got all the ford brackets cut off the front axle. The driver side was part of the casting so it was a pita to cut and grind off.
Waiting for my truss and brackets from blue torch fab. They should be here this week.

thanks to Jeff my EVO upper and lower gussets are welded in, he did a awesome job! Hey man..Ill let ya know if I have anything else to weld. Now, time to go wheeling and test these out!

The axle tube to the left of the pumpkin was a huge bracket/bumpstop pad that was cast in to the housing. I got it all off so now I have somewhere to mount 4 link tabs and coilover tabs.
