Well I just decided to fab some hoops out of tubing for the upper c/o mounts. So basically everything in the fender wells will be deleted or relocated.

Passenger side airbox is gone, fuse panel will be relocated, may move the battery to the rear.

Driver side ESP box will be deleted, ECM moved, and ws wiper reservoir will be moved.

Also got the power steering box off. Psc full hydro will be going on in the next few weeks.

I don't need hoops that tall. If I sat it that low my 42's would be well in to the sheetmetal before I reached full uptravel.

They will end up 13-14"above the framerail.

Nice. Can you tell me why you decided to go full-hydro instead of hydro-assist?

Stronger and less shit to break. Also allows the front wheelbase to be streched forward as much as I want.

Got the front coilover hoops cut to size. .120x1.75 Dom. Driver side is finished minus some gussets that will go from hoop to frame.

Should have the pass side done this w end. Also making a peice of tubing that runs over engine and connects the hoops together. This peice will be removable.

You do good work Jeff76. And your build has inspired me.

Can't wait to see the finished product. Wish I was in your area so I could come check it out in person.

Cheers

Started working on my Psc full hydro steering. Got the orbital valve and ram mounted.

Have to make some highsteer arms out of 3/4" plate, add a cooler, install new pump, and run all lines. Doubt I'll get anything done Tom. It's superbowl, BBQ, beer time.
