Lift....
And too lcg and the wheelbase of the 4dr with roll over sucks....ask ,e how I know...20" belly with the wheelbase is good these things are WIDE to begin with. Then the length works with the height....
2 Dr is a different story the wheelbase is so close that not a lot of lift needed.

Although I agree with some of the stated "issues" you are going to have in the near future,, I think the Jeep looks great! I especially love that front bumper,, NICE JOB!!!

Of course my rig isn't exactly the same as the average JK, the built JK, or even the monster ones out there, but that isn't my point. Forfeiting belly height for a lower COG isn't smart in my opinion... and there is a balance. I do not believe that lifts in the under 6" category on a JK are going to give you that belly clearance. I ran four inches for a long time and drug my belly on EVERYTHING!
Few will agree with me.... but that is my opinion based upon my experiences wheeling out here. I am starting to notice some of the buggy builds coming out larger than mine. Surprising to say the least!
10" is lift bud.... a guesstimate from stock, but I am close with my number... I'd guess within 10%. It's tall, long, and wide.
Wheelbase is similar to the sedan and width is full size, so mine is more like the sedan, rather than the Jeep it started as.
Being wider and lighter than your average JK allows me some wiggle room. I am not suggesting 10" of lift for anyone, but rather to ponder, more than the current fad of less than four.
I agree that a two door needs less, but really, how much less isn't that much of a gap. Belly height!

Gas tank to ground? Hmm.... IDK, maybe 35? :p

real nice fab work on the bumper 
looks like everything is coming together nicely.. im sure it will be a always changing build thats part of the fun . always can change up things as they break ... . i like the ride height... not everyone wants a LCOG build.. keep up the good work
