Is he going to off road it?
An unbraced drop pitman arm with 40s and no hydro assist will make quick work of destroying the stock steering box and sector shaft even without much time off road.
Dana 44s won't hold up a very long time to heavy offroading with 40s.
I did find that even with 3" net wheel backspacing--using Spidertrax spacers--I still had to buy longer bolts for steering stops.
With 6.75" lift, the front Tom Woods driveshaft will require backing off caster to 3 degrees or less with a stock axle that hasn't had the Cs rotated.
Rig looks awesome.
Taller than I'd do for out West wheeling, I run 40s on a 4.5" long arm with no body lift and plan to drop it to 3.5" springs soon.

mocking up the front bumper
We cut the frame horns back several inches and then rewelded the mounts. They are also higher to compensate for the body lift.

Who's the builder?
Mine's sitting at about 10" on 40s and I have no feeling of instability.

This is how he wanted it. He likes the height. It's still getting into the fender, so we're going to add taller bumpstops

It will see occasional off-roading. The sector shaft brace will be added in the future
Along with a draglink flip.
What kind of driveshaft problems will he run into with the caster at 4.5 degrees with the C's not being rotated?

Mixing bolt on in... makes no sense that I can tell. Why?
Also... you are weak in plenty of other spots... PLANMAN was alluding to and will surely add to.
Ignore the height cops.... your build height is fine.
