Default 2007 JK build:longarms and 40s

This is a friends jeep I wanted to share. We've been working on it for the past few weeks and are finally getting close to where it needs to be.

2007 JK
This JK came factory with d44 rear, d30 front, 4.10 gears. He plans to upgrade the d30 to d44 and regear it soon.

Mods to date are:
Roughcountry 6" Longarm kit
0.75" coil spring isolators
1.25" RC body lift
Artec front and rear truss
Artec inner C gussets
40" Nitto Mud Grapplers
17x10 fuel mavericks
1.75" spidertrax wheel spacers
Cut factory flares.

In process:
custom bumpers, hopefully we will have the front finished up in the next few days.

In the beginning....

First test drive

Update....
Here are a few finished photos.

Once we got the front apart, we welded the axle tubes, truss, and inner C gussets

Painted and ready to go back in

I like it. Could do other small things like d rings to match. One of those things that looks great in moderation. Full green exo cage would be pretty sweet tho lol
