I don't think so, but I went with those flares cause I love the bolt-on look, makes it look alil more beefy, an my tires still stick out about an 1.5"s or so, despite how big they are...

33x13.5's on 17x9.5 wheels (4.25" BS):
This is with a TF 2.5" coil lift. At max compression and max turn the fronts might just touch the frame. Put them on a week ago haven't had a chance to test them.
We do have tire coverage laws here. I believe we're allowed 1-1.5" out, and I'm now closer to 2". Only cop that's looked at me thus far though pulled up alongside and gave me a .
