Aaahh
OMFG! That is terrible. My feelings for you & your jeep. I hope everyone makes a 100% recovery quickly, both financially and (more importantly) physically.
Good luck & stay safe out there everyone!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
Hey buddy, yes, the adjuster called yesterday and said that so far he has 13,500 in damages to mine. And he said he wasn't done yet... I'm not too sure about the guy though cuz he was like... "what's this thing rolled up in the back..." So i guess we'll just have to see how that all turns out... and I am being told to go to the chiropractor as well as my Dad, Mom, and EX-girlfriend and it was also recommended that my Mom go see a Neurologist because they fear she may have some nerve damages... So just keep us all in your prayers and again thank you everybody for your comments and concerns in our unfortunate happening...

You'll be glad that happened in the long run.. although I know it sucks now. I pray for a speedy 100% recovery for all of you and that your settlement is fair if not excellent.

1. Good no one in the Jeep were hurt (blood and such)
2. Be sure the Xrays and CAT scans have been saved. Injuries have a way of coming back to haunt you.
3. Get a lawyer
Find out where the guy was drinking and get recorded interviews with everyone that was there. How many drinks, did he look drunk when he left, and so on.
If they don't like the guy who hit you then they will talk a lot
