Default Update.....Install Progress!

Sorry So Slow Guy's,
All is Well.....I'm about 4.5 hours into the install and basicly done!!! Although I'm waiting for Forever Powder coat to finish the Ceramic on the down tube
and the Powder coat on the charge tube. Once I get them back....I'm about 30 Min from turn key!!! Lastnight I dropped the Oil pan and install an AN fitting
for the oil return from the Turbo, Installed the Turbo Oil Feed Line....The Motor already has a spot for this. Swapped the Plugs, Ripped off the Intake
and installed some added Sensor for my Zeitronox Wide Band System (Boost,AFR, Lambda, IAT at the back of the intake, Fuel Pressure at the rails) I had to install another Bung
in the Exhaust for my O2 sensor for the AFR. Installed the new Injectors and put everthing back together....Topped off the oil! After that I worked a little on my Gauge Pod.
I ordered a Rugged Ridge A-Pillar switch pod without switches ($29.00)......Layed Out and Installed My Aeroforce Interceptor and Zeitronix gauges......Nice fit...Cheep sweet
looking pod. I'll post up some pics and Vids soon. The System is well thoughtout and very easy to install. With no Parasitic HP loss.....the system should perform sweet!!

Default Update....PIcs of Prodigy Turbo Installed PLus Modified Hyline Front Vailance!

So,
Here's Some Pics Of the Prodigy Turbo Kit Installed. I had The Down Tube and Charge Tube Coated....Ceramic on the Down Tube and Powder On Tha Charge.
In All....Even with some of the extras I did for Tune Data Collection.....It took me about 6.5 hours to install. The Kit is very well thoughtout.....Every thing you need for
install is in the kit.....and top of the line hardware to boot!!! The Installation manual was easy to follow and the pics were great!! With my Jeep being a 2011.....I had
to install the Prodigy Perfromance PCM.....Flawless!!! As far As I can tell...the "Out Of The Box" tune is spot on......I'll know more once I Dyno again. I managed to put 1000 miles
on the Jeep since install and everything is working flawlessly!!! THe power is Killer and rolls on very smoothly. I now have the use of 6th gear again....It was about useless with my
factory gears and 35's. Now I can roll onto the throttle and pass at will....Or drop a gear and move out like many sports cars!! I couldn't be happier and since the Jeep is my Wifes
Daily Driver.....nothing but smiles from Her as well!!! I'll post up the Turbo Installed Dyno pulls...as soon as I can get to the drums.
Here's Some Pics

Here's My $29.00 A Pillar Gauge Pod.... I used a Rugged Ridge Switch Panel

Here's My Hyline Front Bumper Vailance.....That I Modified to Fit the Warn Elite Bumper

Here's a Quick Walk Around and First Start Vid!

Default Update....Prodigy Turbo 1st Dyno, 87 Octane on Mustang Dyno

Alright,
So, My lady was helping me out the night before dyno day and filled the Jeep With 87 Octane Fuel......That's about 70.00 and a whole Lotta pumping to remove.
I stuck with my original Dyno date.....Its such a pain this time of year to find any open Dyno's....So I went in with data collection in mind.
The Tune was pretty close right out of the box...Little lean for my area! I sent the Data Off to Prodigy Performance....and Wes is blowing thru it and making adjustments
Here's The Data right Now:
Mustang Dyno, 3.73 Gear, 35" Tires 4th Gear Pulls

1st Pull: 236 RWHP and 265 RWTQ , 8 PSI, 87 Octane Fuel

2011 Jeep Wrangler Prodigy Turbo Kit 8PSI Pull 1 - YouTube

2nd Pull : 240 RWHP and 270 RWTQ , 8 PSI, 87 Octane Fuel

Watch the Front End Lift!!! Gotta Love that!!!

2011 Jeep Wrangler With Prodigy Turbo 8PSI Pull 2 - YouTube

I'm Gona work thru the Tune with Wes....And hit the Dyno again with Some 92 Octane!

You need to check out crazy house customs on YouTube. Reference Crazy House Customs prodigy turbo. It's a great comparison of Ripp and prodigy power.
