Default ARB include skid plate?

I can't make it out for sure, but does the ARB front bumper have a skid plate to protect the sway bar? It looks like a small skid is a part of the bumper, no where near the size of the original bumper. Is this right? If a skid is not included, is one available, or will the Mopar steel skid fit?

No skid for the disconnect.

Mine came with light brackets.

This is one of many silly Australian design rules, you can't have protruding bits sticking out of a bull bar. This way when you hit a pedestrian they dont get punctured and spill blood all over the road.

Any idea if the Mopar skid plate will fit with the ARB?

And how are you guys mounting your plates if you have winches installed? my state requires them, but I might just say f it, and go without. I know some cops that dont have front plates on their stuff. Just curious.
