Not a great picture, as it was getting dark, but here's my Rubicon with my T@B trailer in Death Valley. It was the first time towing the trailer with my 2-dr. I previously towed the trailer with a 4-dr. Sahara. Both Jeep's are geared the same (4.10's). I do have 33's on the 2-dr., where I had 32's on my old 4-dr. The larger tires might have made a slight difference, but barely noticeable. I thought the short wheelbase might not work that good, but it really handled no different than the longer wheelbase. But overall, my truck (Toyota Tacoma) is a much better tow vehicle than either Jeep. With the truck, you don't even know the trailer is there. With the Jeeps, you do, especially when there's a hill. Trailer weight is about 1350 lbs. dry.

Towing an M116A2 Army trailer. Weighs about 750 lbs total when empty. 120 of it is that damn heavy tongue, lol.
