I'm wondering the exact same thing. I may add the 1/4" spacers back from the stock bumper - might help a smidgen. I'm pretty sure you have to remove those inside "wing" supports on the ends (remember reading about wayoflife, or someone doing so).

I love my ARB. The flashers don't work, so eventually i'm just going to close them off or see if I can find some other type of replacement light to put in there. I'm also thinking about re-finishing it with some spray on bed liner to give it a fresh look again...as a matter of fact, I need to do that to my rear Rancho bumper/tire carrier too

Water got in and fried mine too. ARB will replace them for free, just call them.

It depends on the back spacing of your wheels and how you corrected the caster. On mine by tires stick out 2" past the fenders so when I've got them turned at full flex they rub, even without the braces on. Also my adjustable lower control arms will tend to move the axle slightly forward which could be contributing to the problem.
