Carry a jack, a stable base, a ratchet tie down strap, rag, and you can put the bead back on with a CO2 tank OR a can of starter fluid (need fire too)

Take weight off of tire, wipe sand off of bead, compress center of tire around tread with tie down strap, add quick & large burst of air from CO2 tank OR spray in starter fluid (ether) and apply flame as you run....

OR just don't slide your tires sideways in the sand.

ago and I'm old ) had to file and test fit a few times .
I have stock 17" wheels
When i got the ORFAB tire carrier made a plat and used the mounting points of the stock tire carrier ,
You might want to cover it for the winter, I don't but it doesn't freeze here ,
and the fuse holder on it is a POS remove it and put one at the batt.
the air coupler in pic #2 is for a flag antenna a must for the dunes out here.

and invest in a deflater its worth it http://www.4wheelparts.com/search.aspx?kw=deflator
Ok, that is just an awesome setup! Very creative place to locate it!
And I like the stock bumper light thing u did.
The tire/gerry can carrier is ORFAB you say?

Yup... Gotta air down, way down with mud terrains. Even when you do that, this still can happen. Me in Vegas last weekend... Still had a blast though!

I have a '11 JKU Sahara stock. I go with the family on 3 day desert crossings in Oman, don't go below 12-15 psi on the front, you can drop to 8 if you get stuck but keep front a little higher to stop rolling off the tyre, will usually only happen when you turn hard or come off a bump and the sand drops off to one side. Make sure you try and get all the sand out of your tyre if you peel it off. I didn't had around 2lb in one drove like a pig when I aired back up to go home. With low air pressure on the black stuff just keep the speed low. Sand is a blast to play in...
