Your front and rear tires will turn at the same rate.
It's when you turn a corner, that the inner tire has less distance to travel but the 4x4 is trying to turn both passenger and driver tire at the same speed, even though it requires a different speed so they can travel different distances in the same amount of time. Same thing would happen if you had a full rear locker locked and tried to turn a corner on pavement.

The only way you would get binding on tires on the same axle is if you had a locker or really good LSD in the diff. If it's open, then it won't bind 'cause the diff will let one wheel spin faster than the other.
The bind you get from driving in 4x4 on dry ground is from your front & rear wheels trying to turn at the same speed, right...
