Funny! My house is in that section. Weird.

 

We arrive on Sat up in the V section of Carova Beach. Second time renting a house on the beach...can't wait to get there.

 

Stayed in avon for a week in may and had a blast. Def get permit for 50 bucks and have yourrecovery gear. Pay attention to closed beach signs as well. I left 2 dummies in the sand because they had no sticker or means to get them selves unstuck. The sticker course tells u every thing u need and any smart wheeler already has those items. Have fun and respect the beach!

 

You can also pick up the permit closer to Avon at the Hatteras Light House and there are plenty of beach access points near Avon and south of it. $50/week... well worth it !!!

 

We are headed back to Ocracoke the 2nd week of September and can't wait, the countdown has begun

 

Came in to Duck yesterday afternoon. Gonna head to the north beach in a bit. Loving it so far.

 

I cant wait to get my new rubi down to the beach. It is sad tho that it cost money to drive in hatteras now and so many beaches are closed. I miss the days of high school where we would go every weekened or so and could go anywhere for FREE!!!
