Default Off road lighting

I want to buy some auxiliary lighting to mount on my new winch bumper on the jeep. Should I go LED light bar? If so, is 12" enough and would it look good? Or should I do KCs or Hellas?

I'd say LED. It lights up a large area and puts count white light. You would be surprised how bright even a 6" bar is.

Call chris at jeepaddons. He has a great 20" bar at a steal of a price. It turns night into day.

I think lighting is as personal question as what tires, or what lift. Figure out what you want the front of your jeep to look like , along with how much light you want, and design it from there. Enjoy!

i have hella 500 black magics. They look awsome on a blacked out jeep like yours.

I had some and was disappointed. The 420 ion crystal fogs are great and the 540 spots are decent too. None are like a 20" led bar.

I got them mainly for the looks and they do great for what i use them for. I led bar would definetly throw more light plus they dont drain your battery as much (especialy good if your running a winch from the same battery). If you are running more than 2 of the hellas with a winch i would suggest getting a yellow top or run two batteries.
