For spacers it doesn't really matter which company's you go with as they're pretty equal.
Check classifieds for some parts and see if you can get what others don't need anymore.

I may have found a 2" and would just have to add an extra 1" up front to level out. So at 3" up front an 2" in rear, besides shock spacers and longer swaybar arms and bump stops what else must I do to make it work?

I ended up going with the TF spring leveling kit. 2" front and 1" rear. It's plenty of room for 35"s and levels it out very well. And as Dirtman said, Synergy makes a 3/4" spacer you could add if you still want more. I've got them but haven't installed them yet. Waiting to put my 34x10.50s on to see if I'll need them.

What is your caster angle numbers after the lift?
