Default Left sway bar on doing technical trail, possibility of damage?

I didn't even think about this, but I did a trail over the weekend that had the axles stretched to the max over 2 parts of the trail. I didn't even think about it till this morning, but can damage be done to the sway bar if you leave it on during a trail ride? Mine doesn't have quick dissconects or anything, so looks like I would have to unbolt it. It still rides fine of the road, no difference at all, but I just want to make sure.

You should be fine. It is designed to be used off road connected.

You can also make quick disconnects for about $10 if you don't want to purchase aftermarket. The you'll never need to unbolt. Just pull a pin.

Staying connected with some hard articulation could possibly yield some 3 wheel wheeling so be careful if you plan to wheel hard connected, otherwise like TheDirtman said you are ok. I have driven all the way home for almost 150+ miles disconnected on the road as I have forgotten to reconnect after wheeling no issues there either but not recommended!
