Default insurance

just wondering if you get injured or jeep gets hurt would you be covered if your in some offroad park

Nationwide covers me. Though I can't gurantee their lawyers don't go after the ORV park for negligence in putting the 12 foot boulder right where I'd be tempted to try and drive over it...

Some do, some don't. We have state(province)-run insurance here, so I'm not sure. Where I used to live, as long as it wasn't 'misuse' it was alright. Really, came down to the individual adjuster, even if the company DID allow for it.

Do you mean hit another car, or hit a pedestrian?

I'm pretty sure you would be covered either way.

If you'll get a good aftermarket bumper, you will not have to worry.

I think it would depend on if it was installed on the vehicle or if you just started swinging it at someone. - KY

Allstate has been great so far. Only used it one for the huge dent from a tree root.
