do i need lockers?

Go with the lockers, if anything its nice to know that they are there if you need them. Kinda like a winch. You dont always use it every time you wheel, but its nice to know that its there if you do. Also if you are re gearing and your going to be in there anyway, much cheaper like others have said to do the lockers now.
I agree with this I installed my ARB air lockers in the front this past spring when I upgraded to a PR44 and i'll be installing chromoly axle shafts in the rear soon cause I just bought 37" MTR's so I'll be adding lockers at the same time.... All I can say is with the type of wheeling I did this past summer the front lockers sure came in handy... Can hardly wait to get the rear ones installed

To the OP: I noticed you said you were going to regear to 4.56 once you get your 35"s. If you're driving a 2013 VVT auto trans then I would HIGHLY recommend going with the 4.88s instead. I'm running 35's in a 2013 as well, and I've got great acceleration (for a Wrangler), RPM just under 3,000 at top freeway cruising speed, MPG on pavement is in the mid-13's. I don't need to use nearly as much foot pressure for the same amount of acceleration as the 4.56s on a 2013 VVT JK, so my leg doesn't get tired in heavy or stop & go traffic like it used to from pushing down on the accelerator. Off the pavement, it climbs like a beast. I get to obstacles where everyone else has to gun it to get up, whereas I just slowly & easily crawl. I'm so happy I went with the 4.88s.
