Default Wiring Options & Ideas for mounting Hella Matador Work Light

I'm going to mount a Hella Matador work light on the back of my jeep. I'm thinking of a few different mounting locations (either using a RR light tab attached to the top or side bar from the rack, or possibly fabbing a bracket off the tire carrier, or mounting it directly on the back of the hardtop using a steel back plate on the inside of the top to give it strength--this would include quick disconnect wires for taking the top off).

For wiring, I'm also thinking of a few ideas: either mounting a switch on or near the subwoofer housing since I'll be in the back most of the time I want to use it, or adding the switch next to my other switches on the dash or A-pillar.

Since I already have an extra dedicated reverse light, I was just going to use this as a work light and run the power directly off the battery--or is there a better power option back there that I'm not thinking of?

Any constructive thoughts and input would be welcome (especially from ronjenx).

Thanks,
John

On second thought, I'm just going to wire it with a DC 12V plug and about 25' of 14 gauge wire so that I can use it where and when I need it.
