Fuse that came with the light is a 15 I used 15 for switch 1, 5 for switch 2 and 3 and a 5 for the battery to the relay.

if both switch 1 and switch 2 are on it will go to solid and switch 1 on is constant and switch 2 on is the strobe. Mission accomplished.

And that is just like in the bench test. Switch 1 on disconnects switch 2 so it will always be solid. Switch 1 off allows switch 2 to work. They're mutually exclusive with switch 1 being dominant.

Awesome. Love it when a plan comes together. 5A should be good, that's what Rigid recommends as far as I could find. You should use a 1A, 1.5A, or 3A for switch 1. And that is just like in the bench test. Switch 1 on disconnects switch 2 so it will always be solid. Switch 1 off allows switch 2 to work. They're mutually exclusive with switch 1 being dominant.
