I'm thinking it would be way more cost effective to run over to the auto store and just buy what's need?
Only item I'm a little if'y on is the relay. The ones used in the kc kit seem to have an inline fuse.
Never seen relays like that before but never really looked either!
Wiring and switch is easy.
Any insight on those 3w fuses?

Yes you can prob buy the stuff at autozone cheaper than a kc kit. You'll need 2 inline fuses. Fuse the switch at 3 amps and the relay hot should be good at around 20 for your 55 watters. Fuse it near your power source (battery, whatever) I would get the waterproof fuse holder for under the hood. I'm sure there is someone on here that could tell you exactly what size fuse for the relay but 20-30 should be safe.

So I'm rough wiring in 3 55w fogs.
Every time I power on I blow the 25A inline fuse that goes from the battery to the relay. I tried just wiring in one light only and the same thing! I checked all my wires, connectors and ring terminals to many times to count and all is secure. I've got to be missing something simple just can't for the life of me figure out what.

These the ones from me? I tested them before I sent them to you. Sorry if all didn't initially go smooth...glad it worked out though.
