Question....when the lights are mounted am I just going to loosen the bolts where the wipers are to get the wiring under the hood?

Yup. I just removed the bolts on each side of the panel and was able to lift it high enough to run the wires ... didn't need to remove the wiper arms.

Question I got the lights installed, but there aiming up like to the roof of the garage! If I loosen the mounting bolts i can adjust that right?
