This is only a test fit of the light bar, but here is my setup around the windshield. It is a KMA light bar with a 50" LED from Rigid and a pair of 6" Eagle Eye HIDs at the bottom corners. I also have an 18" LED bar from Rigid to go inside the hoop on the front bumper and a pair of 4" LEDs from Rigid to go in the back bumper. It may sound like overkill, but it is awfully dark out on the beach at night. We'll get everything mounted and wired once the light bar comes back from the paint shop.

[QUOTE=ESPMike;288288]Someone had PMed and asked about photos of the wiring, so I took a few today:
Any issue with the relay connections corroding yet? I did a relay for a afrermarket horn in my 4Runner and had to seal that relay/plug/housing connection with silicone and tape to keep it from failing. it didn't happen right away but after a year or so the horn stopped working and had to clean the contacts.
Mind you my relay was right up front and heavily exposed to road wetness/salt etc. and yours is much higher and protected but I'm sure it still can get wet up there running in the puddles.
Mounted here are the fuse box and the relay
