Windows go up just fine, but not back down.
I know I have a clock spring issue ( just cant get to dealer ATM with schedule ) but the windows go up but not down. The switch will click many times and go down slowly, stop then go down on the automatic option when you push the button all the way down. The center console power outlet is blown out cause of a fuse that blows the instant you plug it in and the steering wheel audio options dont work.
Has anyone else had this problem? Or is this solely the problem of the clock spring going bad?

The windows aren't tied to the clockspring at all. Is there reason you think they are? Those window switches do go bad from time to time. I wonder if your switch module is just faulty. Any chance you have a buddy with a jeep that you could quickly borrow and pop a different module in to test? They pop in/out in a matter of minutes.
Also, if you are even remotely handy, you can DIY that clockspring for not much money and maybe 30 minutes time. I've used the Crown clockspring unit for years with no issues....so you definitely don't need the $$$$$ Mopar one.
