That would lead us to the antenna system (the coax, mount, and antenna) as the area of concern for the interference.
I think the advice given will get you there:
-route the coax through alternate paths.
-try to move the radio box (where the coax connects) to another location
- try one or more large mix 31 or 43 ferrites on the coax
The last option is really more of a last resort and frankly should be needed with 4 watts of AM power.

Ok. But you're saying you're using the same coax run, routed similarly, and the same antenna for both radios.

Where are you guys running the power from the CB into the engine bay at? Which Grommet? I have mine passenger side high side and the power leads come in right by the battery

The power to my 65w VHF ham radio (don't have a CB) is on the passenger side, fed through a crack accessible when the good is open and the interior side dash panel is popped off. Didn't even use a engine bay grommet for it.
That said, yours sounds fine.
