Who has the 2013 Alpine premium sound system?

Probably due to a better OEM deal with Alpine. My 2012 came with the Alpine, and with a few tweaks to the EQ it sounded as good and loud as my 2010 with the Infinity.

*Edit* maybe some late late 12's got the new system. My bad.

You know it is sad the alpine system sounds worse then the infinity, as it is the infinity is inferior to other stock systems which is a major complaint for me.
Coming from Ford, the mach system just blows anything jeep has done out of the water, and I have owned all years of the wranglers. For the price you pay for the upgraded system you should get one rocking system.
First thing I did was put in a brand new system, kenwood nav head, brand new speakers with tweeters and two 10 inch subs powered by two amps, the system rocks.
I really wish they had a stereo delete option when ordering so I could not have to pay for it.

Maybe it depends on the head unit, but with the 730 the 2013 is way better than 2012. Without adjusting the EQ the 2013 sounded like the 2012 with the EQ at max on treble and bass.

I am coming from a 12 into a 13 and the 13's Alpine system sucks. I had a friend with a 11 and his sounds much better than my 13. The 13 just sounds flat and has not life to it compared to the Infinity system in the 12. I am going to see if the dealer can do anything because i paid for a premium sounds system and i did not get what i paid for.
