What set of lights?
Ok guys, I really need your help on this one! I've been looking on other treads for this but I don't have my answer. I'm wondering what pair of lights to buy to put on my windshield brackets? I allready have some driving Black Magic 1000 on my bumper and they are decent. They clear the way in the dark. But I want something massive on the windshield, a nice bright light that whould light everything! I am looking at a price range of 200-250 for the pair guys. Any suggestion? KC SLIMLITE 130W? KC RALLY 800? HELLA RALLY 4000?

I have the KC regular driving lights on the brackets on the sides of my windshield. They make a BIG difference. Don't know a lot about other competitors but these are great. I would definitely recommend them from the experience I have had. Good luck!

I love my 130 watt slimlights! I have the hella euro spec h4 conversion kit, when I turn off the slim lights but leave the headlight high beams on, it seems like two dim candles on the road. Before I put on the slimlights, I would have told you the Hellas were the best.
I run the slimlights for 20 min of my drive home now that it is getting dark so early. I have easily 1 kilometer on light on the road and 3 times the reflective range! (read stop signs as little red dots @ the next concession road!)
I've had hid retrofit lights in high beams, they don't hold a candle to dedicated KC units. Pun not intended.
Btw I am running the spot versions. I was worried about the narrow beam, but when properly aimed, you get good width and unbelievable distance.

Go with the Rigid Industries Dually Led lights! I got a set this weekend and they are brighter than any lights I have seen or owned. I can get some pictures tomorrow if youre interested. they run about 190 for a pair

After I turn off the KC's it takes a min for my eyes to adjust to the stock wattage H4's comparably meager output (though still 150% better than the factory POS housings). I figure if in doubt, add more wattage!
